You may have noticed that it’s been over a week since I’ve posted to this site.
Or maybe you haven’t noticed.
That’s okay either way, because I’ve made the decision to stop regular postings on 365 To Freedom.
That doesn’t mean I’ve given up with my goal to earn a full-time income online in one year. I’m more committed to that than ever.
The truth is that this site is holding me back. Anytime I run contests, write some helpful tips, link to great posts written by my visitors, and put together comprehensive lists on magazine style Wordpress themes, it all takes time. A lot of time. And to be quite honest with you, I don’t enjoy it.
I currently have 7 websites that I run. It’s too much, and because I believe in creating good content and not throwing up spammy PLR type sites, there’s no way that I can continue to do all of them well. I’ll end up with a bunch of mediocre sites and that’s not what I want.
I recently ran an audit of sorts where I took each of my 7 sites and gave it a numerical grade (from 1-5) in each of three categories. Those categories were Time Required, Income Potential, and Fun Factor. I gave equal weight to each category.
I also estimated the potential monthly income from each site and the amount of time required to do an excellent job, and arrived at an hourly “wage” for each site.
In the end, I decided to focus all of my energy on The Coolest Gifts. I’m having a custom theme designed for it, and when I say custom, I mean custom. It’s not even going to look like a WordPress blog. It’s going to kick ass.
That doesn’t mean that this site will go off-line. I don’t plan to actually take down any of my sites, but I won’t be updating them on any consistent basis any more, except for Awesomeology (which is just tons of fun for me) and Power Dropping (which now takes very little time to maintain and people really seem to find useful). My other sites, including this one, will just remain as they are unless I feel like posting something to them.
To be clear, this isn’t the last post. Just the end of regular postings.
I’ll probably put another post on this site when the all-new Coolest Gifts launches. If I, say, have a programmer make a new plugin to make my life easier over at Coolest Gifts, I’ll release it to the world on this site.
So if you haven’t subscribed to my RSS Feed, now’s a great time to do so, because there will be no more posts for the sake of putting up a post. From now on when I open my mouth on this site, I promise that something of substance will come out. ![]()
either by Full Feed RSS or by email. Thanks!

I know that you have not been posting here as I have made multiple visits here each day waiting for the next update/added post. I hope at the very least that you would update this site with your “all site” income reports. I would also like to know how the carbon copy is going.
Thanks and good luck

Thanks!
Yes, I do plan on posting monthly income updates, but as I mentioned, this site is not a priority for me anymore, so don’t be surprised if they’re a bit late…for example, it’s entirely possible that I may not post February’s report until the first week of March or so…

Well if you aren’t going to post it here, make sure that you notify us regular readers where you will be posting it. I do love that gifting site (great niche!!!!). What are your plans with Carbon Copy?

I am sorry to hear that as I have just begun to follow you. However, I am happy to see that you are making progress with your other ventures. Thanks and good luck to you.

I’m very sad to hear about all this. I was actually keeping a close eye on your posts especially Awesomeology as I have a very similar web site (www.besttopvideos.com). I really wish you will reconsider your decision but hey, I feel your pain
There are only 24h a day and you must focus on what works best.

Sports -> I *am* going to be posting it on this site and if you’d like to get notified, just subscribe to the RSS feed!
Thanks Deb!
Larry -> I’ve been to your site before, you’re doing a nice job with it. My monthly income updates should still be helpful, because I should be going into detail about what worked and what didn’t.

I will subscribe to your RSS feed. I hope that you post here a bit more often than just the income reports so that the “365 fans” know what is happening.
